They charge you, you pay for it and you get NOTHING, i really mean nothing. Every time you try to start the app it just shows a purple light, makes a sound and shuts down. The company that makes this ought to be sued. Hey, Apple, how can I get my money back?

I love the app. I love the work and writings of Gay Hendricks and his wife Katie, and this app is congruent with their work. Doing it daily, I feel shifts in both my body and mind. The meditation is short enough to add to my morning routine effortlessly. Thanks so much!

Just listened to meditation and am very confused as to whether you are suppose to understand what is being said while music is playing. You cannot hear a word that is being said! Usually love Hendricks material. Not sure about this app

Soothing background music. Instruction is intrusive-too much explanation. I prefer less talking/instruction.

Relaxing guided meditation. Nice background music and voice. I will do the daily stuff too as I just started today. Thanks

The music is great and the wisdom of what he is sharing is also valuable, but he talks way too much. I also found it cheesy that the first short meditation, after setting up relaxation with breathe introduces Gay like a big super star; inappropriate.

You get a 9 min recording telling you to say you love yourself and a few lines to read for 7 days. Seriously?? For $7!!?? I feel jipped...not good for the self esteem!

I find Gays content uplifting- helpful- easy to implement and very commonsensical. Highly recommend. Really.

This app was recommended to me by a reiki healer. I use it almost every morning to get out of bed and when driving sometimes. It plays on a hands free phone holder on my dash. I am a veteran with major depression and non-combat PTSD. This app has helped me everyday. It brings me out of flight or fight. It helps me get out of bed in the morning.

I love beginning my day with Gay’s voice guiding me to deeper self-love. The 30 day unique daily exercises are very beneficial in re-wiring negative self-talk and increasing unconditional love for self.
